Frogmarch menu 2012

Friday dinner 7pm

Baked potatoes
Fillings: lamb paprika stew, egg mayo, and savoury cheese
Salad

Ice cream

Saturday breakfast 9am

Corn flakes
Bacon, fried eggs, and mushrooms
Brown or white toast, with strawberry jam or marmalade

Saturday lunch 1pm

Ploughman’s lunch: bread, cheese, pork pie, chutney, pickled onions, salad, fruit

Saturday dinner: “Trattoria Frogmarchio” 7pm

Antipasto (sliced meats, olives, sun dried tomatoes)

Three pastas:
— spaghetti bolognese
— penne with tomato and basil sauce
— linguine with pesto
Roast gnocchi
Salad

Cheese

Fruit salad

Sunday breakfast 9am

Sausage sandwiches
Vegetarian sausage sandwiches

Sunday lunch 1pm

Roast lunch (with locally-sourced meat)
Cauliflower cheese, nut roast, roast potatoes, carrots, peas
Gravy, red currant jelly

Chesil Beach cake

Sunday tea 6pm

Fondue

Scones w/ clotted cream and jam

Monday breakfast
